Firefox Use Keeps Increasing

According to recently released numbers from XiTi, Firefox use in Europe has jumped another 5 points in the last year (since April 2006).

From 19.4% in the week of April 8 to 14, 2006, Firefox’ use rate in Europe increased to 24.1% in the week of March 5 to 11, 2007:

Owning nearly a quarter of the preferred browser market is definitely nothing to turn your nose up at. Firefox keeps on getting better and more functional, and it’s a huge win for Firefox lovers out there.

The trend for Firefox just keeps on improving. According to the figures shown in the study, Firefox use has increased in EVERY continent in the world. The largest change was in Oceania (6% increase), while the smallest was in Asia (1% increase). Regardless, the change is going up (whether slow or fast) all over the globe.
